Dear Mr. Karr.

I have red your your article about rhythm in the Strad magazine July 2010 with a lot of interest.
You are talking about some metronoms which can go til 9 bpm.
What metronoms are this?

I would like to learn this way of feeling the rhythm. Now it`s only possible with my Cubase programm which I don`t have with me all the time.

Thanks and Greetings from Spain,
Michael Binder

The metronome that I use starts at 20 bpm. It is a Sorinuri, M-300 . I believe that if you did some search on your computer or cell phone you will find that there are some downloads for metronomes although many of them start at the traditional 40 bpm. It seems that most manufactured products still adhere to the dark ages, as do some of the software available on the internet. I wish that I could be of more help.

The sunny days of summer have arrived which means if you are lucky you will be spending most of your time by the water.
